Sun Tzu evolves strategic thinking on simple, understandable guidelines. It's a very good and quick read for everybody that wants to learn the basics of strategic military thinking. I doubt it's applicability to business strategies though, Machiavelli's Il Pincipe will probably do a better job in that case.
